I was born in Washington, DC to a young English warbride and an American pa. I grew up equally comfortable on either side of the Atlantic. In late spring, my mother would take me out of my American school, we'd hop a plane or a ship and make our way to England where she'd promptly stick me in a school in my grandparents' neighborhood. As a result, both countries are a comfortable fit. My husband (Himself) is English, our first child was born in London and the second in Washington, DC. And now we're in Southern California, comfortably hunkered down in the Santa Monica Mountains.
Replying to an anonymous comment is like taking it one step further when you bump into a total stranger. You know, instead of just, "Sorry" it becomes "God I'm sorry...how are you...what's your name...where'd you go to school...wanna come home with me?"
I am sorry that my original questions sound too forward/familiar. I am not good in delivery. My wife would definitely think so. I apologize. I guess I will just move on and hope to do better next time.
Hey LT, don't worry about it. It is weird writing to someone with the name anonymous, though!
I do like the Jacqui Lawson cards. They're cute, fun, perfect to send to many folks. But when I found the hipstercards.com website, it just spoke to me. More irreverently fun, I guess.
Hi Lin, If you have time, please check out my Ecards at www.leimation.com. I use oil paints to animate. They are hand made in Hawaii with Aloha. Thanks, Laura

Why do you like hipstercards.com in particular? Did you like Jacquie Lawson ecards before?

Lin,
How do you like www.someecards.com (ecards with a sense of humor) and www.ojolie.com (a JL's alternative, younger?)?
